Justin Koonce
Justin is the Finance Lead at Variant, where he partners with the CFO to drive financial strategy and execution across the firm’s funds. He plays a central role in Variant’s institutional infrastructure, spanning treasury, asset valuation, tax, audit, and fund administration.
Prior to Variant, Justin managed financial processes and led valuation work at a private equity real estate firm with $1.5 billion in assets under management. He began his career in the audit practice at EY.
Justin is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Professional Accountancy from Oklahoma Baptist University.
